Vision
Create a thriving educational community where each student's full potential is cultivated, realized, and celebrated to ensure lifelong success.

At Hairgrove, we have four pillars that help to shape the culture that makes our campus as special as it is. Here is a bit more information about each one.

Game On!

NEU

Image of our two Assistant Principals, Mrs. Parinello and Mrs. Nedelkovski.

Our students are split into two teams at Hairgrove: Parinello's Power ⚡ or Nedelkovski's Navy . This initiative helps our students to understand they are part of a team, they belong at Hairgrove, and their choices impact their team success. Students earn points in all areas of the building for their behavior. At the end of the 'game', the team with the most points earn a Pep Rally where they participate in a variety of fun activities that our Assistant Principals put together to celebrate.

No Excuses University

No Excuses University, or NEU is a program that helps us to teach our students about their future education choices past high school and encourage all students to go to college, trade school or the military.

PBIS

8 Keys of Excellence

The PBIS matrix for our campus.

Our campus wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports. Our matrices around the school list the expectations we have for behavior in every area as well as the positive phrasing that we use to teach students the expectations.

8 Keys of Excellence: Integrity, Commitment, Owership, Flexibility, Balance

Our 8 keys that are displayed throughout the building. These are our character traits we teach our students so they know how to make choices that help them be successful in their lives.
